I am hoping to qualify for Boston in March. Also I would like to continue to improve on my 5k times and stay injury free!

I have played sports my entire life but it wasn't until sophomore year of high school, when it became mandatory to run cross country in order to be on the soccer team, that I found my passion for running. I ran all throughout high school and recreationally in college. When I was finally getting faster and had qualified for Boston at RCM 2009, I started having knee issues and needed surgery. After that I took up cycling and spinning until June of 2013 when I started running again! I am thankful for the support of my family, especially my dad, brother and husband who come to my races and help me train!
