Short Term Goals
One short term goals is to continue to improve my times in 2016. I ran a disappointing marathon for me in 2015, so I would like to train for another marathon in the fall and finish in under 3:30. I would like to continue to run races with my 2 older children and to volunteer at races.
Long Term Goals
My long term running goals are to run a marathon in every state and to run 10 Mountain Mists. My husband, Rick, is fellow team member, and I would like for us to continue to run and support each other in local and national races.

Goal Races this Season
I am a runner who loves to compete here in Huntsville and also to travel the country for marathons. I have been training and racing in every distance from a 5K to a 50K over the last 14 years. I have run 33 marathons with a PR of 3:12:31 in the Baltimore Marathon, and I have run marathons in 24 different states. Trail ultras, especially Huntsville's Mountain Mist 50K and McKay Hollow Madness, are fun challenges for me. My husband, Rick, is a fellow Fleet Feet team member. We have three children, a son who is nine, a daughter who is eight, and a baby girl who will be two this summer. Rick and I enjoy finding ways to make marathon-level training and racing possible with our young family.
